To
commission a portrait, simply send me a clear image of the pet either
by post or as an e-mail attachment. Even
better send a good selection,
including details such as which ones to use for the best expression,
colour, etc. If you would like several animals together, they can
all be on separate photos. A
clear image of the pet(s) is the first step to capturing a good likeness.
I will return all your photos with the finished portrait.

Normally,
it will take 3-4 weeks to complete a portrait, an
approximate date will be given to you at the time of ordering.
However,
shorter deadlines can sometimes be met if required, please contact
me to discuss.
Please
order as early as possible for Christmas.

A 20% deposit is required for pastel portraits, which is fully refundable
in the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with the
finished portrait. For wooden gift items, house plaques and dumbells,
payment in full is required with the order. Please make cheques payable
to "J.M.Philpott".

Once completed, I will send you a photo of the portrait either by
post, email or upload it to my website for your approval before final
payment and dispatch.

Once
satisfied with the finished portrait, final payment is due. All
orders will be carefully packed flat to avoid damage and
will be sent by P.O. guaranteed delivery or by courier. Alternatively
you are welcome to collect.
How
to pay

may be made by cheque, payable to "J.M.Philpott" or by card

If
you wish to pay using Google Checkout please let me know and I will
generate an invoice. Once you receive this via email you can pay easily
by clicking the link in the invoice.
Having
trouble getting the photos?
If
you live within 20 miles of Telford, Shropshire, then I will travel
to you and take a series of photos to work from at no extra charge.
